MFI International, one of the leading contract manufacturing and shelter services provider in Mexico, announced last week a new initiative aiming to benefit its current & future clients raw material supply needs.
As part of a new strategy, the company has announced the addition of a highly recognized Mexican fabric manufacturer to its list of quality national and global textile suppliers. With the new initiative MFI's clients will benefit from preferential order handling, lead time reduction, and greatly improved material pricing.
MFI's clients who are in the bedding, home furnishings, performance apparel, safety, military, furniture and juvenile products industries, will have the opportunity to expand their material options to best suit their products' needs and price points. Clients serving the North American territory will be able to reduce their supply chain and improve their time-to market, taking advantage of the benefits associated with having a low cost fabric supplier closer to their production facilities.
Also, under this new move, the Mexican textile industry will be able to gain market share and expand their products to the North American market in the process.
Tomas Mena, Director at MFI International, stated: "The objective of our business is to provide value & solutions in any form to our clients. Our 30 years+ of experience and industry insight in the manufacturing sector is evolving each day in order to remain competitive while improving customer satisfaction." He then added that "in these globalized times, manufacturers are challenged with finding new ways to be more efficient and it is our duty to collaborate closely with key elements of the supply chain".
